Water Proofing Shield

Description

Water Proofing Shield – Protective Waterproof Coating for Walls in Karachi

Water Proofing Shield by Tradex International is a protective coating designed to help keep moisture out of your walls and protect decorative finishes from water damage. Karachi’s humid coastal climate, monsoon rains and salty air can cause dampness, peeling paint, stains and efflorescence – Water Proofing Shield helps create a barrier against these problems so your walls and textures last longer.

It can be used as a protective layer on exterior walls, parapets and wet areas, and as a sealing coat over decorative finishes such as limewash and microcement where extra water resistance is required.

Key Benefits

• Helps resist water penetration from rain and moisture.
• Protects decorative textures and paint from stains, peeling and fading.
• Reduces damp patches and the risk of mould on treated surfaces.
• Easy brush or roller application.
• Suitable for interior and exterior surfaces – ideal for Karachi’s weather.

Where to Use

• Exterior walls and boundary walls – see our guide on exterior wall texture in Pakistan.
• Parapets, terraces and balconies
• Bathrooms, kitchens and other wet areas
• Over textured surfaces like rockwall and limewash for added protection

How to Apply

1. Clean the surface and remove dust, loose paint, oil and fungus.
2. Repair cracks and allow the surface to dry completely.
3. Apply the first coat with the 4 Inch Brush or a roller, covering the surface evenly.
4. Allow it to dry, then apply a second coat for better protection.
